RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unused, unwashed and unworn condition, with all original tags and labels still attached for you to be able to receive a full refund.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging making sure the item is in its good condition as your received it, then mail your return to us. Please email us for the return address at contact@addressingme.com with the subject RETURN. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We do not refund shipping fees.
We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item. AdDRESSingMe is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the mailing process. Please keep your receipt with the tracking number in case your package is lost or stolen so that we can work to recover it.
Please include the following information on your return package:
- Name
- Phone number
- Order number
- Tell us which item(s) you would like a refund for.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCHANGES
Exchange items must be unused, unwashed and unworn condition, with all original tags and labels still attached for you to be able to exchange to a different item. We will also need your receipt as as proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be exchanged. If we receive an item asking for an exchange that doesn't meet these requirements it will be returned to sender. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We do not refund shipping fees.

If the total dollar amount of your return is greater than the total dollar amount of your requested items then we will either issue a refund (if you're within the 14 day return window) or issue in store credit for the difference in price.
If the total dollar amount of your return is less than the item(s) you're requesting, then we will email you an invoice for the difference in price. Once that's been paid we'll ship you your new item(s).
When Will My Exchange Items be Shipped?
Please allow 5 business days (from the date your returned item is delivered to our warehouse) for your exchange to be processed. You will receive a new order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email once your replacement order is shipped.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards do not expire and you can redeem your gift card on our website. All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
